Hello Neighbors! We are delighted to serve as your HOA Board for the 2012 year. We have a lot of exciting developments for the upcoming year and need your help in order to make this year a success. We need to fill the following neighborhood committees for this year:

Swimming Pool Committee Decorations Committee Social Committee

We are also looking for volunteers to serve as Block Captains. Block Captains will be liaisons between the neighbors on your street and the HOA board. Primarily the Block Captain roll will be to distribute and collect information to and from your cloest neighbors.

If you have any experience that could be valuable to these committees, or if you just have a desire to get involved, we would love to have your help. This is YOUR neighborhood and these committees are a great way to meet your wonderful neighbors, and help make Belmont Farms a fun place to live.

Our goals for the upcoming year include continuing efforts made by last year's board, including the efficiency and productiveness in regard to how the neighborhood is managed. In addition, we have set new goals to help increase communication amongst our community through email, mail flyers, the website, Facebook, a directory, and block captains. We also heard your voice at the annual meeting and plan to make improvements at the swimming pool and also begin the process of looking into the pool expansion/future development project.
